Ring Measurement Guide

The right ring size is the most important factor in making the ring, look good on your hand. Considering that you will always use your wedding ring, we can say that the right ring size is indispensable for your wearing comfort. Your finger size may vary for various reasons. For this reason, the position of the ring on the finger, should be tight and it should be considered in a way that it can easily pass over your joint. If you hesitate between two sizes, always choose the larger size. Also, the finger sizes of the right and left hands can be different, remember that too.

First of all, we recommend that you take a look at our size chart. But if you want to prepare a surprise, you can secretly borrow his/her ring and get an idea from a jeweler to find out the size or you can order an average ring size. If you need to change the size after purchasing your product, you can send it back to us within 60 days, for once only. But remember, the reduction or enlargement of your custom made rings, cannot be done more than +1 or -1 measure.

Make sure that your product is not engraved by different institutions or individuals. Otherwise, this will void your 2-year Ark Jewelry Warranty.

The size change process can take up to 25 working days, depending on the product and it is not possible to return the size changed rings.
